Our primary goal is a satisfied customer meeting all your personal and home security needs. We offer one of the best money back guarantees for the self defense home security products industry!
If you are less than satisfied with any of our products within 30 days from the receipt of your items, please call us toll free at (888) 747-2011 to secure a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. After you are issued a Return Authorization (RA) number you will receive an email with the return instructions.
- Before a credit is issued, the item must be returned and received
- Return Shipping Fees – we do not issue credit towards shipping fees
- No Restocking Fees - items returned new, unused and in the original manufacturer condition (see restock fee schedule for exceptions)
- Items returned in used condition or manufacturer packaging not reusable are subject to 30% restock fee
- All items returned must be in the original manufacturer package, include all the pieces and components, and in be fully 100% operational and in get working order. Items returned that do not meet all these conditions will not be eligible for credit.
- Apparel Items including: boots, hats helmets, shoes, shirts, must be new, unused and not worn.
Applicable Restock Fees - We must charge 30% restocking fee for the following items:
- Taser® (stun guns require no restocking fee)
- Metal Detectors
- Spy Cameras
- Spy Camera Detectors
- Bug Detectors
- GPS Tracking
- Returned Used Items
Packages Damaged During Shipping
Soon as possible, call our support line (888) 747-20111 to report any packages received damaged while in transit to you. We will file claims with the carrier on your behalf. It is important to save the package, images if possible and share with us within 5 days.
Defective Items Received
From experience items no working or appear to be defective could be an oversight on how to use and operate. Call us soon as possible so we can assist you determining if the item is defective or operational issue. If defective, we will issue return authorization number, and coordinate a replacement soon as possible.
Warranties
Length of warranties do vary from 30 days to lifetime. Each warranty only covers failures due to defects or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alternation, modification, or unauthorized use by others.
For any items that are serviceable, if the service was unauthorized and not approved by Self Defense Products Inc, the warranty will no longer be valid and void.
Lifetime Warranties (Registration Required)
Lifetime warranty only covers failures due to defects or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alternation, modification, or unauthorized use by others.

For all items covered with Lifetime Warranty, call (888) 747-2011 or email support@selfdefenseproductsinc.com with details of the item failure and include all of the required registration information.
Self Defense Products Inc will assist with determining the best action-plan for either repair or replacement.
Some items require being returned to the manufacturer directly before being repaired or replaced while other items may not be required to be returned to complete the Lifetime Warranty process.
Any item that is required to be returned to the manufacturer, the freight cost will be the responsibility of the customer and not Self Defense Products Inc. The freight cost to ship a new unit to the consumer will be covered with the Lifetime Warranty policy.
International Shipments:
No international shipments for restricted products.
Countries with restrictions we cannot ship to include:
- Belgium

Orders shipped and the consumer refuses delivery. The consumer will be responsible for all cost incurred.
