Lifetime Warranties (Registration Required)

Lifetime warranty only covers failures due to defects or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alternation, modification, or unauthorized use by others.

For any items that are serviceable, if the service was unauthorized and not approved by Self Defense Products Inc, the warranty will no longer be valid and void.

 

Items with manufacturer Lifetime Warranties require registration within 30 days upon receipt and delivery.

For all items covered with Lifetime Warranty, call (888) 747-2011 or email support@selfdefenseproductsinc.com with details of the item failure and include all of the required registration information.

Self Defense Products Inc will assist with determining the best action-plan for either repair or replacement.

Some items require being returned to the manufacturer directly before being repaired or replaced while other items may not be required to be returned to complete the Lifetime Warranty process.

Any item that is required to be returned to the manufacturer, the freight cost will be the responsibility of the customer and not Self Defense Products Inc. The freight cost to ship a new unit to the consumer will be covered with the Lifetime Warranty policy.
