Featuring an OBD-II interface, the SilverCloud SYNC 2 Vehicle and Fleet GPS Tracking System from LandAirSea is designed to plug into your vehicle and provide alerts for high speed, low battery, rapid acceleration, idle time, and harsh braking. You can access the device’s SilverCloud Online software from most web browsers, and the software uses Google Maps for an easily navigable interface. Furthermore, using the SilverCloud software, you can generate printable activity reports that show the speed, stops, addresses, time, and miles driven for a single vehicle or a fleet of vehicles.
Equipped with ShareSpot, the tracker allows you to simply and securely share your real-time location online. Businesses and municipalities can use this feature to share the location of their service vehicles for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The SilverCloud software can also be accessed using an iOS or Android device with the SilverCloud app, enabling you to view, locate, and monitor the tracker from anywhere there is an Internet connection. Additionally, the system will send out automatic SMS and email status alerts with speed, arrival, departure, and low-battery information. The company’s server stores an unlimited amount of your tracker’s history and allows you to play back any of the history at any time to look over the tracker’s records at a later date.
The SilverCloud SYNC 2 utilizes the user-friendly SilverCloud online mapping application platform, but with the added benefits of On-Board Diagnostics: odometer readings, excessive speed, low battery, low fuel, harsh braking, idling and rapid acceleration warnings. Applicable Restock Fees - We must charge 30% restocking fee for the following items:
Soon as possible, call our support line (888) 747-20111 to report any packages received damaged while in transit to you. We will file claims with the carrier on your behalf. It is important to save the package, images if possible and share with us within 5 days.
Defective Items Received
From experience items no working or appear to be defective could be an oversight on how to use and operate. Call us soon as possible so we can assist you determining if the item is defective or operational issue. If defective, we will issue return authorization number, and coordinate a replacement soon as possible.
Warranties
Length of warranties do vary from 30 days to lifetime. Each warranty only covers failures due to defects or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alternation, modification, or unauthorized use by others.
For any items that are serviceable, if the service was unauthorized and not approved by Self Defense Products Inc, the warranty will no longer be valid and void.
